100 g Breadcrumbs, dried

4 pieces Meat, veal, ribs

Steps
-
Prepare 4 deep plates. In the first one, pour flour, in the second one, crack the eggs and beat them with a fork. In the third one, mix breadcrumbs and Parmesan. Rinse the ribs under running water and dry them with a paper towel. Mix the spices in a bowl and rub the meat with the mixture on both sides.

Coat each rib first in flour, then dip it in the beaten egg, and finally coat it with the breadcrumb and Parmesan mixture. Press the breadcrumbs and Parmesan into the meat with your fingers. Place the prepared ribs on the last plate.
-
Heat a large pan over medium heat. Add oil to the heated pan and when it is hot, fry the ribs until golden brown. Cook them for 5 to 6 minutes on each side. Place the ribs on a plate lined with a paper towel to absorb excess fat.
-
Arrange the ribs on plates and serve with a seasonal salad.
