Steps

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Lightly grease the cake pan and line it with baking paper. Prepare the dough. In a bowl, add both flours, baking powder, and salt. Mix the ingredients well. In another bowl, mix maple syrup, coconut oil, and water. Pour the liquid mixture into the bowl with the dry ingredients and knead everything well to form a uniform dough. Use the dough to line the bottom and sides of the cake pan.

Prepare the filling. Wash the apples, peel them, and cut them into chunks. Place the chunks in a bowl and mix them with the other ingredients. Spread the seasoned apples evenly over the dough base. Cover the pan with foil and bake the pie in the preheated oven for about 45 minutes.
