Advice
Store brownies in well-sealed plastic containers, as they can dry out in the refrigerator and lose their flavor. Instead of dark chocolate chips, you can use dark baking chocolate. To enhance the flavor of the chocolate, you can add a drop of rum. For darker brownies, use chocolate with 80% cocoa. They can be stored in the pantry for 4 to 6 months. If you want to make thin brownies, use a classic black low baking pan; if you want to bake brownies with volume, use a deep metal or glass baking dish. Line the baking pan with parchment paper before baking – it will save you cleaning time. Let the baked brownies rest briefly on the pan to cool slightly before cutting them. If you add nuts to the brownie batter, the best are roasted coarsely ground nuts. To enhance the flavor, drizzle chocolate glaze (sweet sin) or some homemade jam over the brownies. For a romantic evening, you can cut the brownies into heart shapes and decorate them with red rose petals or use flowers as a bed to place the brownies on.
