Vegan Chocolate Banana Bread

Ingredients

200 g Semolina

20 g Cocoa, powdered, unsweetened

100 g Sugar, turbinado

1 teaspoon Baking powder

1 teaspoon Spices, cinnamon, ground

125 ml Coconut milk

125 ml Oil, vegetable oil, canola

pieces Vanilla, extract, natural

4 pieces Banana, fresh
chocolate glaze

200 g chocolate, dark

100 g Margarine
Steps

Line a baking pan with parchment paper. Preheat the oven to 180 °C.

In one bowl, mix the dry ingredients (flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, and cinnamon). In another bowl, mix the wet ingredients, including the bananas.

Pour the wet ingredients into the bowl with the dry ingredients and gently mix everything together to form a uniform batter.

Pour the batter into the baking pan and bake the bread for 40 minutes. Once baked, let it cool.

Prepare the chocolate glaze: Melt the butter and chocolate in a double boiler. Stir until you get a smooth mixture, then pour it over the cooled banana bread. Decorate with almond flakes and let the glaze cool and set. Serve with strawberries.
