148 g Sugar, maple
-
20 g Koruzni škrob
-
75 g Oil, plant, coconut
-
56 g Soy milk
-
1.5 teaspoons Vanilla, extract, natural

0.5 teaspoons Baking powder
-
0.5 teaspoons Salt, table
-
185 g Flour, Whole wheat

In a bowl, mix the sugar and starch. Add the coconut oil and mix well. Add the almond milk and vanilla, mix well again, and let it sit for 2 minutes.

Place the prepared dough in mounds on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and shape the cookies. Store the baking sheet with the cookies in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
-
Bake the cookies in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 10 to 11 minutes, no longer.
-
Let the baked cookies cool slightly, then serve them on a nice plate or platter and enjoy.
