Vegan Chocolate Cream
An excellent, rich, and very filling dessert made without eggs, flour, or dairy products. Since we use avocado, which is known as an aphrodisiac, this simple dessert can easily be served for Valentines Day as well.

Ingredients

4 spoon Cocoa, powdered, unsweetened

4 spoon Syrup, maple

0.5 teaspoons Vanilla, extract, imitation

1 spoon Nuts, hazelnuts, roasted without oil, without salt

Cut the avocado lengthwise in half and remove the pit. Scoop out the avocado flesh with a spoon and place it in a food processor. Add cocoa powder, a pinch of salt, vanilla extract, and maple syrup. Blend the ingredients until smooth.

Taste the cream and add more cocoa powder or maple syrup if needed. Serve the prepared cream in glasses or bowls, sprinkle with chopped hazelnuts, and enjoy.

Advice
Instead of maple syrup, you can use honey. It is important to use ripe avocados with soft flesh that gives slightly when pressed on the skin. Overripe avocados have very soft, dark, and bitter flesh, while underripe avocados have very hard flesh.
