- Cooking Time: 20 minutes
- Difficulty: 1
- Spiciness: 0
- Number of Servings: 10
Ingredients
-
225 g chocolate, dark
-
120 ml Soy milk
-
20 g Sesame butter, tahini
-
100 g Powdered sugar
-
110 g Cocoa, powdered, unsweetened
Steps
-
Break the chocolate into smaller pieces (you can also chop it). Place a larger pot on the stove and pour the cream into it. Heat the cream over moderate heat until it starts to simmer slightly.
-
Add the chocolate pieces to the pot and stir slowly. Be careful not to let the chocolate stick to the bottom. Once all the chocolate has completely melted, add cocoa powder, tahini, and powdered sugar. Mix everything well and reduce the heat. Cook for another 5 to 10 minutes until everything combines into a slightly thicker chocolate mixture. Then remove the pot from the heat.
-
Line a small deep baking dish with parchment paper and pour the prepared chocolate mixture into it. Place the dish in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours to allow the mixture to fully set.
-
Take the set mixture out of the refrigerator and cut it into squares of any size. Serve on a plate and enjoy.
