Vegan French Toast
Would you believe me if I told you that you can prepare this delicious treat even for breakfast? You only need 5 main ingredients and 5 minutes, and what makes me happiest is that this recipe is perfect for when we need to use up stale bread and very ripe bananas. Ingredients

6 slice Bread, wheat

120 ml Coconut milk

1 spoon Flaxseed

1 piece Banana, fresh

1 pinch Salt, table

1 pinch Spices, cinnamon, ground
Steps

In a multipurpose blender, mix almond milk, flaxseed, vanilla, cinnamon, banana, and salt into a smooth mixture. Pour the mixture into a bowl and set aside to thicken.

After at least 5 minutes, dip the bread slices into the mixture on both sides and fry them in a pan with melted coconut oil. Cook them for about 5 minutes on each side.

Serve the warm slices on plates. Offer them with coconut yogurt, jam, and maple syrup.
