Ingredients
-
5 spoon Wheat flour, white, multi-purpose
-
5 spoon Flour, chickpea
-
3 dl Soy milk
-
4 spoon Oil, vegetable oil, canola
-
1 bag Powdered sugar
-
2 piece Candied fruit
-
250 g Strawberries
-
1 pinch Salt, table
-
2 spoons Powdered sugar
Steps
-
Finely crush the mandarin peel. Sift both types of flour into a larger bowl. Place a smaller pot on the stove and quickly heat the soy milk. Pour the warm milk over the flour. Add oil, vanilla sugar, a pinch of salt, and the crushed mandarin peel. Rinse the strawberries under running water, clean them, and set aside for later.
-
Mix all the ingredients into a thin batter and let it rest for at least an hour and a half. Then place a pan on the stove and heat a drop of oil. Cook each side of the pancake for about two minutes, using a wooden spatula to help.
-
Cover the cooked pancakes with a warm lid to soften them while keeping them warm. Then fold them onto plates, dust with powdered sugar, and garnish with fresh strawberries.

Advice
If you pour the flour with warm milk, the pancakes will be more tender. The batter can be left to rest for a longer time. Grease the pan with just a drop of oil, then do not use it again, as enough oil was already used in preparing the batter.
