Ingredients

100 g Onion, young

1 pod Garlic, fresh

2 piece Bell pepper, red, fresh

600 g Small pumpkins

1 can Corn, yellow, fresh

2 spoons Oil, olive

1 teaspoon Spices, cumin, seeds

0.5 teaspoons Spices, chili powder

0.5 teaspoons Spices, coriander - dried leaves

0.5 l Soup base, chicken, cube

1 pinch Salt, table

1 pinch Spices, pepper, black
Steps

Peel the onion and garlic, then finely chop them. Thoroughly wash the peppers, remove the seeds, and cut them into small pieces. Drain the corn in a colander, rinse with cold water, and let it drain. Wash the zucchini and cut them into smaller pieces.

Place a pan on the stove, heat the oil, and sauté the onion and garlic in it. Add the spices and quickly stir. Add the chopped zucchini to the mixture. Pour in the broth and bring to a boil in the covered pan over high heat.

Add the pepper pieces and drained corn, and let it cook in the covered pot for another five minutes. Season the dish with salt and pepper to taste, and serve in bowls.
