-
1 piece Bell pepper, green, fresh

Steps
-
Peel the pineapple and mango, and cut the fruit into smaller pieces. Cut the watermelon into individual wedges, and use the tip of a knife to remove the seeds. Remove the watermelon flesh from the rind and cut it into smaller pieces. Wash the vegetables and dry them well. Remove the seeds from the peppers and cut them into pieces of any size.
-
Wash the pomelo and skewer the same type of vegetables in one row using toothpicks, and another type of vegetables in the next row. Reserve one row for mozzarella and another for olives (see picture). Once the vegetables are skewered, you can skewer the fruit pieces on the other half of the pomelo. Place the skewered pomelo on a plate and serve it on the table.

The shapes of the fruit and vegetable pieces are optional. You can skewer only vegetables or only fruit on different skewers. Such skewers can also be prepared for childrens parties, and kids can help with the preparation.
