Vegetable One-Pot Stew with Naan

Ingredients
Naan

300 g Flour, Wheat, bread flour

150 ml Water

2 pinch Salt, table

2 spoons Butter, unsalted

1 pod Garlic, fresh

150 ml Alcohol, Wine, Red

2 spoons Oil, olive

1 twig Parsley, fresh

1 twig Thyme, fresh

1 can Beans, grains, cooked

1 can Chickpea, cooked

500 ml Soup base, chicken, cube

2 spoons Tomato, concentrate

200 ml Tomato sauce, without salt

1 spoon Sugar, white

Steps

Cut all the vegetables into equally sized pieces. Heat the pot, add oil, and sauté the chopped vegetables for about 5 minutes.

Add tomato paste, salt, and pepper. Mix well and deglaze the pot with wine. Cook until the wine has reduced.

Add chicken broth, strained tomatoes, fresh parsley, and thyme. Cook for 25 minutes until all the vegetables are tender. Finally, add drained beans and chickpeas.

While the vegetable stew is cooking, prepare the naan dough. Mix flour, water, and salt into a smooth dough and knead for 5 minutes.

Heat a pan and add butter and one clove of garlic. Wait for the butter to melt, then remove the pan from the heat.

Divide the dough into four equal parts. Roll each part out to about half a centimeter thick. Cook the rolled-out bread in the heated pan for about 5 minutes or until well cooked, then flip and brush with the melted garlic-infused butter.

Serve the vegetable stew on plates accompanied by the baked bread.
