Vegetable Skewers

Ingredients

1 piece Eggplant, raw

2 piece Small pumpkins

2 piece Bell pepper, red, fresh

3 pods Garlic, fresh

4 spoon Oil, olive

1 teaspoon Salt, table

0.5 teaspoons Spices, pepper, red or cayenne

1 dl Oil, peanut

8 pieces Water
Steps

Wash the zucchini, clean them, and cut them lengthwise into quarters, then slice them into two-centimeter thick pieces. Season with salt to taste. Wash and clean the bell peppers (remove the seeds). Cut the zucchini into one-centimeter thick rings and the bell peppers into larger pieces.

Pour a little oil into a bowl. Peel the garlic, chop it, and add it to the bowl with the oil. Mix in the herbs, pepper, and a pinch of salt. Brush the skewers with oil.

Alternately thread the vegetable pieces onto the skewers and dip them into the seasoned oil.

Heat the grill, oil it, and cook the skewers for ten minutes until they are nicely browned. While cooking, brush them several times with the herb oil.
