Steps

Thoroughly wash the swordfish fillets, dry them, and cut them into 1.5 cm pieces. Wash the tomatoes, bell peppers, and zucchini thoroughly. Remove the seeds from the bell pepper and cut it into smaller pieces. Cut the zucchini into slightly thicker slices and halve them. Prepare wooden skewers and alternately thread the tomatoes, bell pepper, swordfish, and zucchini onto them. Then season the skewers with pepper and salt to taste.

Light the charcoal and heat the grill well. Heat the grill grate and thoroughly grease it with oil. Arrange the skewers on the heated grill and cook for about 10 minutes. Turn them several times during cooking to ensure they are evenly grilled on all sides. Serve the grilled skewers on plates and accompany them with your chosen side dish.
