Vegetables with Sheep Cheese Dip
You can spice up your picnic with a vegetable snack and a tasty dip made from sheep cheese and olives. The preparation wont take much time, and you can enjoy healthy bites with your closest ones.

Ingredients

200 g Cheese, feta

3 spoons Oil, olive

150 g Sour cream

2 pod Garlic, fresh

30 g Olives, black, in brine

1 pinch Salt, table

1 pinch Spices, pepper, black

200 g Broccoli, fresh

10 pieces Carrot, fresh

2 piece Sweet potato, unpeeled, fresh

200 g Tomato, red

3 pieces Green, raw
Steps

In a separate bowl, crumble the cheese with a fork. Mix in olive oil and sour cream. Peel the garlic and grate it into the cheese mixture. Pit the olives, finely chop them, and add them to the dip. Combine all the ingredients in an electric mixer and blend into a creamy puree. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Pour the prepared dip into a screw-top jar and store it in a cool place for a while. Thoroughly wash the vegetables and clean them as needed. Peel the carrot and slice the cucumber into rounds.

Arrange the prepared vegetables on a platter and serve the dip in a small bowl (or jar) alongside.

Advice
Green olives can be replaced with black ones. You can also cut the carrot into sticks if desired. You can also use some other vegetables (e.g., leek, spring onion, cauliflower,…).
