250 g Olives, green, in brine

50 g Carp, soaked

1 spoon Juice, lemon

2 spoons Oil, olive

2 pinch Salt, table

1 pinch Spices, pepper, black

1 kg Bread, wheat

150 g Tomato, red

0.5 piece Endive salad, fresh

250 g Cheese, mozzarella

3 spoons Butter, unsalted
Steps

First, slice the bread into medium-thick slices, then trim off the crust. Cut the bread into squares, using templates or molds if needed. Thoroughly wash the tomatoes, remove the green parts, and cut them into larger pieces.

In a multipurpose kitchen tool, add the drained capers and olives, and blend both ingredients well. Transfer the mixture to a small bowl and season with oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Slice the mozzarella. Thoroughly wash the lettuce leaves, dry them, and tear them into smaller pieces.

Arrange the bread squares on a serving platter and spread them with butter. On each square, place a piece of lettuce, a slice of mozzarella, and a small pile of tomato pieces. Add a teaspoon of the caper and olive sauce to each prepared canapé. Serve the prepared canapés.
