-
1 piece Onion, raw
-
2 pod Garlic, fresh
-
450 g Meat, beef, breast
-
450 g Meat, veal, ground
-

2 teaspoons Mustard
-
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
-
40 g Cheese, Parmesan, grated
-
1 piece Egg, fresh

Steps
-
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Peel the onion and garlic, then finely chop them separately. Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté the onion until it softens. Add the garlic and continue to sauté for another 1 to 2 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove the pan from the heat and let the sautéed mixture cool slightly.
-
Place the ground meat in a large bowl. Add breadcrumbs, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, grated Parmesan, beaten egg, salt, pepper, and the sautéed onion and garlic. Mix the ingredients thoroughly with clean hands to ensure the seasonings, breadcrumbs, cheese, and egg are evenly distributed.
-
Line a baking dish with parchment paper. With wet hands, shape the mixture into small meatballs and place them on the prepared baking dish. Cover the dish with aluminum foil before baking. Bake the meatballs in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes. Remove the foil for the last few minutes of baking to allow the meatballs to brown nicely. Serve with your chosen side dish.
