Vinaigrette Sauce
This sauce can be used for seasoning green and other salads, for preparing freshly cooked asparagus, black salsify, and also as a side dish for cold boiled beef.

1 teaspoon Mustard

2 spoons Vinegar, balsamic

1 pinch Salt, table

5 spoon Oil, plant, sunflower

0.5 bouquet Parsley, fresh
Steps
- In a bowl, mix mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper with a whisk. Add oil and whisk until the mixture thickens. Peel a hard-boiled egg. Peel the onion. Wash and shake off the parsley. Finely chop the egg, onion, and parsley and add to the sauce. Mix well, pour into a serving bowl, and serve.
