Waffles with Almond Flour
A recipe for popular waffles where we used almond flour instead of wheat flour. This way, we can prepare delicious gluten-free waffles with low carbohydrate content in just a few steps.

Ingredients

4 pieces Egg, fresh

120 g Cheese, creamy

1 teaspoon Vanilla, extract, natural

1 spoon Sugar, turbinado

50 g Nuts, almonds, blanched

1 teaspoon Baking powder

30 g Butter, unsalted

Steps

Melt the butter. In one bowl, mix the eggs, cream cheese, erythritol, and vanilla extract. In another bowl, combine the almond flour and baking powder. Mix the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients and finally stir in the melted butter.

Grease the waffle maker with melted butter. Once it is well heated, pour a ladle of batter into it and close the appliance. Bake for about 2 minutes until the waffle turns golden brown.

Remove the baked waffle from the appliance using a spatula and serve it on a plate. Repeat the process until you run out of batter.
