Clean the strawberries, wash them, and cut them into pieces of any size. Sift the flour into a bowl and mix it with the remaining ingredients to create a uniform and medium-thick batter without lumps. Use an electric mixer or a whisk to help.

Turn on the waffle maker and select the desired setting. Spoon the batter into the waffle maker's indentations. Close the waffle maker, and when the waffles turn golden brown, transfer them to plates and drizzle with honey. Add the strawberries on the side.
