125 g Butter, unsalted
-
50 g Sugar, white

2 teaspoons Sugar, white

-
250 ml Sweet cream
-
200 g Blueberry, raw

Steps
-
Sift the flour into a bowl and mix it with salt and baking powder. In another bowl, use an electric mixer to beat the softened butter, regular and vanilla sugar, and eggs until fluffy. Add the flour and baking powder mixture spoon by spoon, while gradually pouring in the milk. Add just enough milk to make the batter smooth and runny.

Preheat the waffle iron and lightly grease it with oil (or melted butter). Pour a small ladle of batter into the hot iron. Close the iron and bake the waffle for 4 to 6 minutes until golden brown. Remove the baked waffle from the iron and transfer it to a plate. Repeat the process until the batter is used up.
-
Whip the sweet cream with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form. Spread a thin layer of whipped cream on one side of the waffles, top with fruit, plate, and serve.
