Walnut Bread
If you enjoy eating healthy, prepare homemade walnut bread. You can also bake it when hosting a party. For ordinary and extraordinary days, the important thing is that it smells like fresh bread.

Ingredients

300 g Flour, Whole wheat

7 g Yeast, dry

180 g Walnuts

Line the baking pan with parchment paper. Chop the walnut kernels into smaller pieces. In a large bowl, sift both types of flour and salt, then mix in the yeast, sugar, and walnuts. Mix all the ingredients and make a well in the center, into which you pour the oil and lukewarm water. Quickly mix the ingredients with your fingers and form into a ball.

Transfer the dough onto a floured work surface and knead for about 5 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic. Grease a large bowl well, place the dough inside, and cover it with a damp cloth. Place the bowl in a warm spot and let the dough rise for about 2 hours.

Knead the risen dough well again and shape it into a loaf. Place it in the prepared pan and let it rise for an additional 45 minutes. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F). Place the pan with the dough in the oven for 45 minutes. Remove the baked bread from the pan, let it cool on a wire rack, then slice and serve to your guests.
