Walnut Cookies Without Flour
Cookies made from ground walnuts, raisins (cranberries), and chocolate still contain sugar, but in a smaller amount. They are excellent primarily because of the following feature: they do not contain a single gram of flour!

Ingredients

300 g Walnuts

250 g Raisins

200 g chocolate, dark

5 spoon Sugar, white

1 bag Sugar, white

4 pieces Egg, fresh

5 spoon Alcohol, Rum

Sort the raisins (cranberries), rinse them under running water, dry them on a fresh towel, and place them in a bowl. Pour rum into the bowl, mix, and let it sit for 15 minutes.

Chop the dark chocolate into small pieces. Add the chocolate chunks, ground walnuts, sugar, vanilla sugar, and 4 eggs to the bowl with the raisins. Mix everything well with a whisk until you get a smooth batter. Grease a baking tray (or line it with baking paper) and preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

Use a spoon to place dollops of batter onto the greased baking tray. Flatten the dollops slightly to give them the shape of cookies. Bake the cookies in the preheated oven for 10 - 15 minutes.

Let the baked cookies cool completely, transfer them to a serving plate, and serve.
