Ingredients
Biscuit
-
7 pieces Egg, egg white, fresh
-
150 g Sugar, white
-
1 spoon Juice, lemon
-
100 g Walnuts
-
50 g Walnuts
-
2 spoons Flour, Wheat, bread flour
-
1 bag Baking powder
Cream
-
7 pieces Egg, egg yolk, fresh
-
8 spoon Sugar, white
-
2 bags Pudding, vanilla
-
7 dl Milk, whole milk
-
125 g Butter, unsalted
-
200 g Chocolate spread, with hazelnuts
-
250 g Breadcrumbs, dried
-
pieces Milk, whole milk
-
400 ml Sweet cream
Steps
-
First, prepare the cream so it can cool before adding the butter. Heat the milk until it boils. Add sugar and vanilla pudding to the egg yolks, along with a little warm milk. Mix well, then slowly pour the mixture into the remaining milk. Cook the cream over medium heat for about 3 minutes until it thickens. Pour it into a bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and let it cool.
-
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Line a baking tray, approximately 27 x 36 centimeters, with parchment paper.
-
Beat the egg whites while gradually adding sugar. Once you have a firm and shiny meringue, add lemon juice and ground, chopped walnuts. Gently fold the ingredients together with a spatula. Finally, mix in the flour combined with baking powder.
-
Pour the mixture into the baking tray and spread it evenly over the entire surface, smoothing the top. Bake the sponge in the preheated oven for 15 minutes. Once baked, let it cool, then remove the parchment paper and transfer it to a serving platter.
-
Spread the cooled sponge with chocolate spread. Dip butter cookies in warm milk and arrange them over the chocolate spread.
-
Mix the cooled cream until smooth. Add softened butter and mix well again to achieve a smooth cream without lumps. Spread the cream over the butter cookies.
-
Whip the sweet cream well and spread it over the cream. Cut the dessert into slices and decorate with ground cookies or grated chocolate.
