Warm Chicken Liver Salad
Chicken livers are sautéed with onions and arranged on a bed of lettuce and tomatoes. Served with mayonnaise.

Ingredients

300 g Meat, chicken, liver

1 piece Onion, raw

30 ml Oil, plant, sunflower

1 pinch Salt, table

1 pinch Spices, pepper, black

1 pinch Spices, mayonnaise, dried

150 g Salad, ice

2 piece Tomato, red
Steps

Clean the lettuce, wash it, and dry it. Tear it into smaller pieces if desired. Wash the tomatoes, remove the green part, and slice them into wedges. Arrange the vegetables on plates. Peel and chop the onion. Wash the livers and slice them.

Place a pan with oil on the stove and wait for it to heat up. Lightly sauté the chopped onion in the fat until it becomes translucent, then add the livers. Season with marjoram and pepper. Sauté the liver slices for 10 minutes. Turn them with a spatula while cooking. Salt at the end, as salting earlier would make the livers tough.

Place the sautéed livers and onions on top of the vegetables. Serve with mayonnaise.
