-
250 g Wheat flour, white, multi-purpose
-
125 g Butter, unsalted
-
2 piece Egg, egg yolk, fresh
-
100 g Sugar, white
-
1 teaspoon Milk, partially skimmed
-
1 pinch Salt, table
filling
-
3 pieces Lemon, fresh, without shell
-
500 g Sour cream
-
3 pieces Egg, fresh
-
80 g Sugar, white
okras
- 10 pieces Strawberries
Steps
-
Sift the flour into a bowl, add the cubed butter, egg yolk, sugar, milk, and salt. Mix everything well and knead into a firm dough. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and place it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
-
Meanwhile, wash the lemons thoroughly and dry them. Grate the zest of three lemons. Cut two lemons in half and squeeze out the juice. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Take the dough out of the refrigerator and roll it out thinly on a floured surface. Carefully place the dough into the baking dish, pressing it firmly onto the bottom and sides. Trim any excess dough. Prick the dough several times with a fork. Place parchment paper over the dough and fill it with dry beans. Then place the baking dish in the preheated oven for 10 minutes.
-
Remove the baked dough from the oven, remove the parchment paper with the beans, and let the dough cool completely. Reduce the oven temperature to 160°C. Prepare the filling. In a large bowl, mix the sour cream until smooth. Then add the eggs and sugar and mix well. Add the lemon juice and grated lemon zest. Mix everything well and pour it onto the cooled dough in the baking dish.
-
Place the baking dish in the oven and bake the tart for 1 hour. Meanwhile, clean, wash, and quarter the strawberries. Remove the baked tart from the oven and decorate it with the strawberries. Serve the tart while still warm.

Advice
It is best to use organic lemons, as their peel is not treated with pesticides. If organic lemons are not available, immerse the lemon in boiling water for a few minutes and wipe it thoroughly to remove the wax, which contains toxins.
