Preheat the oven to 180 to 200 degrees Celsius. Grate both types of cheese, clean the spring onion, wash it, and finely chop it.

Add the filling ingredients to a bowl and mix them well to get a uniform mixture, which you then evenly spread on the bread slices.

Arrange the topped bread slices on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake them in the preheated oven for 5 to 10 minutes, or until the cheese melts and the topping turns golden brown and crispy.
