1 piece Watermelon, raw

125 ml Sweet cream, partially skimmed

2 handfuls Raspberries

Thoroughly wash the raspberries and drain them well. In a large bowl, use an electric mixer to whip the sweet cream until stiff. Store it in the refrigerator until ready to use. Cut the well-chilled watermelon in half and carefully remove the seeds with the tip of a knife.

Use an ice cream scoop to scoop out balls from the watermelon and arrange them in a circle on a plate or serving platter. Sprinkle a handful of raspberries in the center. Fill a piping bag with the sweet cream and pipe strands of cream between the watermelon balls. Serve the dessert.
