Steps

First, prepare the blue cheese dressing. In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise and oil using a hand whisk. Add sour cream, buttermilk, vinegar, salt, and garlic powder. Mix everything well. Finally, fold in the crumbled blue cheese. Store the dressing in a tightly sealed container and refrigerate until ready to use.

Clean the head of iceberg lettuce and cut it into quarters. Clean and wash the tomato. Cut it into quarters, remove the seeds, and dice the remaining part. Peel the onion and dice it. Also, dice the bacon.

Place a pan on the stove and fry the bacon pieces while stirring until they become crispy.

Place a quarter of the iceberg lettuce on a salad plate. Drizzle it with the blue cheese dressing and generously top it with diced tomatoes, onions, and crispy bacon. Finally, crumble a little more blue cheese over the salad and serve.
