Wheat Semolina Pudding

Steps

Place a pot on the stove and add milk, salt, sugar, butter, and vanilla sugar. Wait for the liquid to boil, then slowly stir in the wheat semolina and cook while stirring for another 5 minutes. Remove the pot from the heat.

Crack 5 eggs and separate the yolks from the whites into two bowls. Let the semolina mixture cool slightly, then slowly mix in the yolks. Using a hand mixer, beat the egg whites into stiff peaks and gently fold them into the yolk mixture.

Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F). Grease the ramekins well and fill them with the semolina mixture. Place the ramekins in the preheated oven.

Bake the puddings for about 15-20 minutes until a crispy crust forms on top. Remove the baked puddings from the oven and sprinkle cinnamon on top. Arrange the puddings on a platter and serve them in the ramekins to your guests.
