Whey Soup
An excellent dish if you are fasting or do not like meat. It is a soup made from aged curd, traditionally prepared in mountain pastures. This interesting soup can be made very quickly.

Ingredients

2 spoons Cheese, cottage cheese, from skimmed milk

1 dl Sour cream

1 piece Spices, bay (leaves)

1 teaspoon Spices, cumin, seeds

Steps
- Pour water into a pot, add cumin, bay leaf, and salt. Add the curd and boil for 20 minutes. Towards the end of cooking, stir in sour cream, mix the soup well, and remove from heat. Serve the soup in bowls.
