Steps
- Strain the whey through cheesecloth or a sterile kitchen towel into a pot. Salt and bring to a boil. Using a ladle, pour it into bowls and add three mozzarella balls to each bowl. Drizzle the mozzarella with olive oil, then garnish with herb leaves.

Advice
Basil and oregano pair excellently with this soup. Instead of mozzarella, you can use marinated yogurt balls. For producing whey, homemade cows milk is best. If not available, at least use full-fat store-bought milk.
