1 teaspoon Spices, ginger, ground
-
0.5 teaspoons Rosemary, fresh
-
500 g Beans, grains, cooked

0.5 teaspoons Salt, table
-
0.25 teaspoons Spices, pepper, red or cayenne

Open the can of beans, drain them in a colander, rinse under cold water, and drain again. Peel the garlic and chop it finely. Heat 1/4 cup of oil in a small pot. Add the garlic, bay leaf, and rosemary. Stir the spices and sauté for about 1 minute on medium heat. Be careful not to let the garlic brown, as it will turn bitter. Remove the pot from the heat.

Add the beans to the pot, add water, season with salt and pepper, and mix well. Transfer the mixture to a food processor and blend into a smooth puree. Transfer the prepared spread to a serving bowl, drizzle with 2 tablespoons of olive oil, and serve with bread.
