80 g Butter, unsalted
-
80 ml Sweet cream
-
1 teaspoon Vanilla, extract, imitation
-
100 g Coconut, flakes
Steps

Break (or chop) the white chocolate into pieces. Place the chocolate pieces in a glass bowl.

Place a saucepan with butter and sweet cream on medium heat. Just before the mixture boils, remove the saucepan from the heat. Add the vanilla extract and mix well.

Pour the hot mixture into the bowl with the white chocolate and let it sit for a few minutes so the mixture can penetrate the chocolate pieces. Then mix everything well. Continue mixing until the chocolate melts and a smooth chocolate cream forms.

Wait for the cream to cool to room temperature, then cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 4 hours until the cream is completely set.
-
Use a spoon or scoop to take the set cream from the bowl and shape it into balls with your hands, then roll them in coconut flour.
-
Place the prepared balls on a serving plate or platter and serve.
