500 g Dough, puff

3 spoons Oil, olive

100 g Cheese, goat, hard

1 twig Rosemary, fresh

1 spoon Olives, black, in brine

Pit the olives and slice them into rings. Strip and chop the rosemary. Preheat the oven to 250 °C. Stretch the risen dough over a greased baking tray. Drizzle it with olive oil and bake for 20 to 25 minutes.

Just before the end of baking, grate sheep's cheese over the pizza and sprinkle it with chopped rosemary and olives. Serve warm.
