Whiting Fillets in Parisian Style
Breaded whiting is a great solution for days when were in a hurry and want to prepare something quickly. It pairs excellently with tartar sauce and a more filling salad, such as potato or French salad.

Lightly season the fish fillets on both sides with pepper and salt. Place them in a dish and pour lemon juice over them.

Spread flour on a shallow plate, beat the eggs in a deep plate, and whisk them with a fork. Pour oil into a deep pan and heat it well over medium heat.

Coat the seasoned fillets in flour (remove any excess), then dip them in the beaten eggs. Fry them golden brown in the heated oil and place them on a plate lined with paper towels. Wait for the excess fat to drain, then serve the fillets on plates with your chosen side dish and lemon wedges or slices.
