Steps
- Prepare 4 slices of whole grain bread. Spread two slices with ricotta. Wash the lettuce leaves, dry them, and tear them into smaller pieces if desired. Place the lettuce on the slices of bread with ricotta. Cut the smoked salmon slices into smaller pieces if needed and arrange them on top of the lettuce. Add three rosemary leaves and cover with the other slice of bread.
