100 g Bread, whole grain

4 pieces Salad, ice

2 slices Cheese, Gouda

2 slices Meat, chicken, breasts

1 piece Tomato, red

3 pieces Olives, black, in brine

Cut the whole grain roll in half. Wash the lettuce, dry it, and tear it into smaller pieces if desired. Place the lettuce on the bottom half of the roll. Layer the cheese on top of the lettuce, and then place the chicken breast slices on the cheese.

Wash the tomato, dry it, remove the green part, and slice it into rounds. Place three tomato slices on the chicken breast. Rinse three black olives with water and slice them into rounds, then place them on top of the tomatoes. Cover the sandwich with the top half of the roll and serve it on a plate.
