Preheat the oven to 190 degrees Celsius. Line a low baking tray with baking paper. In a kitchen mixer, combine whole grain flour, oat flour, baking powder, salt, and butter until a crumbly mixture forms. Transfer the mixture to a work surface and knead it into a uniform dough with your hands. Add a few tablespoons of cold water if needed. Roll out the dough on a floured work surface to a thickness of 0.3 to 0.5 cm.

Use a round cutter to cut out crackers from the dough and place them on the prepared baking tray. Bake the crackers in the preheated oven for 10 to 12 minutes (until the edges turn slightly brown).

Remove the baking tray with the baked crackers from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes on the tray, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.

Advice
