Ingredients

500 g Pasta, Macaroni, whole grain

500 g Fish, squid

1 piece Carrot, fresh

1 piece Small pumpkins

1 pod Garlic, fresh

250 g Tomato, pieces - can

Steps

Cut the squid into rings. Clean the zucchini and carrot, wash them, and cut them into rings. Peel the garlic and finely chop it.

Add the whole wheat pasta to salted boiling water. Cook them for the time indicated on the package.

In a heated pan, sauté the zucchini and carrot. Transfer the sautéed vegetables to a plate and in the same pan, sauté the squid. Once the squid is sautéed, add the sautéed vegetables, tomatoes, and garlic to the pan. Season with salt to taste. Simmer the sauce over moderate heat for a while.

Drain the cooked pasta well and add it to the pan with the sauce. Mix everything together, plate it, and serve.
