Ingredients
-
300 g Wheat flour, white, multi-purpose
-
1 teaspoon Baking powder
-
250 g Butter, unsalted
-
200 g Sugar, white
-
2 bags Powdered sugar
-
1 pinch Salt, table
-
0.5 teaspoons Spices, cinnamon, ground
-
2 piece Egg, fresh
-
2 spoons Sour cream
-
1 bag Nuts, almonds
Steps
-
Sift the flour and baking powder onto a large board or clean work surface. Cut the butter into small pieces and distribute them over the flour. Sprinkle everything with sugar, vanilla sugar, salt, and cinnamon.
-
Make a well in the center, crack the eggs into it, and mix them with the sour cream and flour. Combine all the ingredients well, then knead into a crumbly dough with clean hands. Place the dough on a plate, cover it, and refrigerate for half an hour.
-
Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius. Roll out the dough on a floured work surface to a thickness of 3-5 mm. Use suitable elongated molds to cut out the cookies. You can also shape the cookies by hand. Place an almond at one end of each elongated cookie.
-
Line a baking tray with parchment paper, then carefully place the cut-out cookies on it, making sure they don't lose their shape. Place the tray in the oven for about 10-15 minutes and wait until the cookies turn golden brown.
-
Remove the tray from the oven and let the cookies cool slightly. Then take them out of the tray using a wooden knife. Arrange the cookies on a plate and serve.

If you dont have suitable molds, you can shape the dough into a long roll, cut it into approximately 7 cm long strips, and then flatten them.
