Wide Noodles with Asparagus and Smoked Salmon

Ingredients

320 g Pasta, noodles, fresh

200 g Asparagus, fresh

100 g Fish, salmon, smoked

0.5 l Sweet cream

2 spoons Oil, olive

0.5 teaspoons Sugar, white

1 pinch Salt, table

pieces Spices, pepper, black

pieces Dill, fresh
Steps

Clean the asparagus and cut them into thin rings. Slice the smoked salmon into thin strips.

Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté the sliced asparagus. Add sour cream and sugar, and season the sauce with pepper and just a pinch of salt, as we will later add the salty salmon strips. Once the cream has slightly thickened, add dill and the salmon strips. Mix the sauce well and remove from heat.

Cook the noodles in a sufficient amount of boiling water. Drain the cooked noodles well and toss them into the pan with the sauce. Mix everything well, serve on plates, and enjoy.
