Details

Ingredients
-
400 g Pasta, noodles, fresh
-
2 spoons Salt, table
-
10 pieces Tomato, red
-
10 slice Meat, pork, smoked bacon
-
1 teaspoon Butter, unsalted
-
1 bouquet Thyme, raw
Steps
-
Place a large pot with five liters of water on the stove and wait for the water to boil. Just before it boils, salt it. Add the wide noodles to the boiling water. Cover the pot, wait for the water to boil again, and then uncover it. Stir the pasta occasionally while cooking to prevent it from sticking to the bottom. Cook the pasta exactly as long as indicated on the package. Drain the cooked noodles well and transfer them to a large bowl.
-
Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them in half. Dice the bacon into cubes or strips, then add it to the pan along with the tomatoes. Add a teaspoon of butter and fry until the bacon shrinks slightly and the tomatoes roast (the skin becomes loose). Turn off the heat and prepare the plates.
-
Divide the pasta onto the plates, then top with the bacon and tomatoes. Wash the chives, shake them dry, and chop them. Sprinkle them over the plates with the noodles. Serve immediately, accompanied by a glass of good wine.

Advice
Instead of chives, you can use parsley or basil. The dish can also be seasoned to taste. For a more "saucy" bacon with tomatoes, add a bit more butter. The flavor will be divine, but the dish will consequently be more caloric. Instead of bacon, you can also dice pancetta or homemade prosciutto. You can also grate some Parmesan over the dish.
