Wide Noodles with Caviar

Ingredients

400 g Pasta, somen noodles

80 g Caviar, red and black

1.5 dl Sweet cream, partially skimmed

50 g Butter, unsalted

1 pinch Salt, table

1 pinch Spices, pepper, black
Steps

Place a large pot with about a liter of salted water on the stove and wait for the water to boil. Add the wide noodles to the boiling water and cook them for the exact time indicated on the package. While the pasta is cooking, open the can of caviar.

Place a larger saucepan on the stove and melt the butter in it. Stir in the sweet cream and season with salt and pepper to taste. Remove the saucepan from the heat just before the cream starts to boil. Drain the cooked noodles well, mix them with the creamy sauce, add the caviar, and stir everything together over the heat.

Serve immediately in warmed plates and present to your guests.
