Ingredients
-
2 teaspoons Gelatin powder, unsweetened
-
2 spoons Water
-
1 bag Tea, cooked
-
2 spoons Sugar, white
-
1 piece Grapefruit, pink, fresh
-
2 piece Grapefruit, white, fresh
-
2 piece Pomegranate
Steps
-
Pour gelatin into a bowl and mix it with cold water. Let the gelatin swell.
-
Place a pot with 2.5 dl of water on the stove and wait for it to boil, then remove the pot from the heat. Dip the tea bag into the hot water and let it steep for 2 - 3 minutes. Then remove the tea bag and mix sugar and gelatin into the liquid. Stir until the sugar is completely dissolved. Let the liquid cool for a few minutes.
-
Use a sharp knife to cut off the flower bud of the pomegranates. Place the fruits upright (with the cut side facing up), then make even cuts through the skin downwards. Fold the skin pieces back and use your fingers to push the seeds into a bowl, removing all the bitter membranes. Wash and peel the oranges. Carefully remove as much of the white bitter membrane as possible. Divide the oranges into segments and cut them into small pieces.
-
Distribute the fruit into bowls and pour the liquid over it. Store the prepared dessert in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours. Serve chilled.
