Thoroughly wash the young onion, clean it, and finely chop it. Clean both types of cabbage, wash them, and cut them into quarters. Remove the thick stems, then slice the cabbage into thin strips. Peel the carrots, wash them, and grate them finely.

Place the sliced cabbage, onion, and carrots into a large bowl and mix well. Prepare the dressing. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, yogurt, mustard, cumin, lemon juice, and salt thoroughly. Pour the dressing over the salad and mix everything well. Store the prepared salad in the refrigerator for half an hour.
