Ingredients
-
250 g Flour, Wheat, bread flour
-
0.5 teaspoons Salt, table
-
1 piece Egg, fresh
-
50 ml Water
Steps
-
Crack an egg into a small bowl and whisk it together with salt. While whisking, add water.
-
Sift the flour into a large bowl. Make a well in the center and pour in the egg mixture. Mix everything with a spoon and knead into a dough. If the dough seems too dry, add a little more water.
-
Shape the dough into a ball and knead for 5 minutes until smooth and uniform. Place the dough in a bowl, cover it, and let it rest for 30 minutes.
-
Place the dough on a lightly floured work surface and roll it out very thinly (1.5 mm thick). Cut it into squares with sides of 10 cm or use a cup or cutter to cut out circles with a diameter of 8 to 9 cm. Store the wrappers in a plastic bag in the refrigerator or freezer until ready to use.
