Worms in Compost
This dessert will be a hit at any childrens party. Kids will enthusiastically munch on the worms and compost. Mix vanilla cream with chocolate shavings, pour into transparent jars, and decorate with candy worms.

Ingredients

800 ml Milk, whole milk

120 g Flour, Wheat, bread flour

180 g Sugar, white

Steps

In a large bowl, beat the eggs, add sugar, vanilla sugar, flour, and 2 dl of milk. Mix the mixture with a whisk until smooth and free of lumps. Pour the remaining milk into a saucepan and heat it almost to boiling. Then remove the saucepan from the heat and slowly pour the egg mixture into it while continuously stirring.

Return the egg-milk mixture to the heat and cook over low heat for 15 to 20 minutes, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens. Pour the mixture into a bowl and cover with plastic wrap, pressing it onto the surface of the cream to prevent a skin from forming. Wait for the mixture to cool.

Prepare the cups. Gently mix 2/3 of the grated chocolate into the cream with a whisk. Distribute the cream evenly into the jars. Sprinkle the remaining chocolate over the cream. Place one worm on top of the cream in each jar.
