Yeast-Free Pizza
You can prepare excellent pizza dough using baking powder. Since rising is not necessary for unleavened dough, it is almost instantly ready, and it will be even more delicious if you add a bit of yogurt to it.

Ingredients

250 g Flour, Wheat, bread flour

0.5 bags Baking powder

Sift the flour and baking powder into a bowl. Add salt to the sifted ingredients, then pour in water and oil.

Mix the ingredients in the bowl well until they come together and form a rough dough. Knead it thoroughly until it becomes smooth and elastic. If the dough is too sticky, add an extra tablespoon of oil.

Shape the kneaded dough into a ball and let it rest for 10-15 minutes.

Since the dough is not as elastic as the classic one, use a rolling pin to shape it, lightly dusting it with flour. Also, dust the work surface, roll out the dough nicely, then top it with your favorite toppings and bake it in the oven.
