Steps

From the listed ingredients, make a crumbly dough and divide it into two parts. Place the first half of the dough into a rectangular baking dish, and wrap the other half in plastic wrap and store it in the freezer for at least half an hour.

Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff peaks form. In another bowl, mix the yogurt, sour cream, and both types of sugar. Gradually add the flour in two or three batches, then gently fold in the beaten egg whites with a spatula.

Pour the cream over the dough that was previously placed in the baking dish. Grate the dough from the freezer on top.

Bake the pastry at 170 degrees Celsius for about 30 minutes. Allow it to cool completely before serving, sprinkle with powdered sugar, and cut into pieces of desired size.
